ORDER : 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner no. 1, a Panchayat Shikshak is aggrieved by the ORDER :of termination of her services dated 20.11.2007 and in consequence of which her services have been terminated by ORDER :dated 25.11.2007. 3. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that she obtained her degree of Prathama from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad in November, 1987 prior to 31.12.2007, being the date till which the State Government has accorded recognition to the institution. 4. This aspect of the matter has been considered in detail in the ORDER :dated 26.6.2008 of this Court passed in CWJC No. 6266 of 2007 in which a counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the respondents. It has inter alia been noticed therein also that the Government of India had accorded recognition to the degrees from the institution till the period of 26.10.2007. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case the present writ application is disposed off in like terms as the ORDER :dated 26.6.2008 in the aforesaid writ application and for reasons as discussed therein. 6. The writ application, for like reasons, stands allowed and the impugned ORDER :s dated 20.11.2007 and 25.11.2007 stand quashed.
