Judgment :- M. Jaichandren J. A joint memo signed by the parties, as well as the counsels appearing on their behalf has been filed before this Court. The joint memo filed before this Court is as follows: "In the above second appeal, since both parties have settled the dispute out of Court by execution of Registered Exchange deed and Registered Sale Deed between the owners of the suit properties by the intervention of Panchayatars. Hence, respective parties humbly prays that this Honourable High Court may be pleased to dismiss the above Second Appeal as settled out of Court and the same be recorded and thus render justice." 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned and in view of the joint memo filed before this Court, the second appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. The joint memo filed by the parties shall form part of the decree. No costs.
