JUDGMENT 1. - By this petition for writ, a challenge is given to the order dated 30.09.2004 passed by the Collector, (Land Records), Pali transferring the petitioner from Patwar Circle, Amarpura to Patwar Circle, Bagdi. The order aforesaid was passed under the instructions of the Divisional Commissioner dated 30.09.2004. 2. The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that the order of transfer is in violation of the provisions of Rule 9 read with Rule 412 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957. 3. In reply to the writ petition, it is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that as a matter of fact, the Divisional Commissioner, Jodhpur was instructed by the-Revenue Minister, Government of Rajasthan to effect transfers of patwaris. 4. I have examined the order impugned and pleadings of the case. 5. The controversy involved in this petition for writ as a matter of fact is completely governed by the judgment of this Court in case of Inder Singh and Anr. v. State of Rajasthan and Ors. reported in 2007(1) WLN 329 =2007(1) RLW 737 . In view of it, this petition for writ also deserves to be accepted in terms of the judgment referred above. 6. Accordingly, this petition for writ is allowed. The order impugned dated 30.09.2004 transferring the petitioner from Patwar Circle, Amarpura to Patwar Circle, Bagdi is quashed to the extent it relates to the petitioner.Writ Petition Allowed. *******
