ORDER During the course of hearing, we were informed by the Advocate General that the State Government has already made an interim application being C.A. No. 1867/ 2006 (Mallik Mazhar Sultan Vs. UPPSC) before the Supreme Court seeking direction to the State Government for framing rules providing for reservation of other backward classes in the appointment of Civil Judge, Junior Division and for reservation of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and other backward classes in the appointment of Civil Judge, Senior Division. 2. Looking to the prayers that have been made in the present writ petition and in view of the application having already been made by the State Government before the Supreme Court, we are satisfied that it is not necessary for us to consider the prayers made in the writ petition. 3. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
