JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. I have perused the judgments of both the learned courts below. From the discussion of the learned trial court on issue Nos. 1 and 2, I find that there was complete misreading of the evidence of the plaintiff, so far as the fact of leaving the 3 ft. Wide strip of land by the plaintiff is concerned. In the facts and circumstances the order of remand passed by the learned lower appellate court in my opinion calls for no interference. The appeal is accordingly dismissed summarily.Appeal summarily dismissed. *******
