JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. 2. The applicant is seeking bail in C.R.No.10 of 2008 of Radhanagari Police Station, Kolhapur. The said case is mainly under Section 302 of IPC. 3. The only material against the applicant is that he was last seen with the deceased. The prosecution has also not brought on record any motive for the applicant to commit crime. From the post-mortem notes it is seen that there was no injury on the body of the deceased and the cause of death is "due to alcohol intoxication". 4. In this view of the matter, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant. 5. The applicant - Zuber Mustak Konhure to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties to make up the said amount. The applicant shall report to Radhanagari Police Station, Kolhapur once in a fortnight, till conclusion of the trial. 6. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
