ORDER : Petitioners have sought for grant of bail in connection with Crime No. 112 of 2009 of Kushalnagar Police Station, Kodagu, for an offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2. Alleging that the petitioners have accompanied the main assailant who shot the deceased, a case has been registered against the petitioners and other accused. 3. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioners, they have nothing do with alleged offence since they have accompanied the main assailant and the other accused who are similarly placed have already been released on bail. It is stated that investigation is completed and charge-sheet is said to have been filed. 4. In these circumstances, petition is allowed and the petitioners be released on bail by the concerned Court by imposing suitable conditions.
