Judgment 1. Heard the learned Senior Counsel Mr. A.L. Somayaji appearing for the respondent. The learned Senior Counsel represents that before the Executing Court the Revision Petitioner herein / tenant had asked for extension of time to vacate and handover vacant possession of the petition scheduled premises by 31.03.2009 in the month of December-2008 itself, but as promised under the affidavit he has not vacated the petition schedule premises. But approached this Court with this Revision. 2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner insisted this Court to grant some time. But as far as this Court is concerned, after the filing of the affidavit before the Executing Court undertaking to vacate the premises by 31.03.2009 itself, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this Revision in a clandestine manner. I do not find any bonefide or merit in this Revision. 3. In fine, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed confirming the order passed in RCA.SR.No.1921 of 2009 on the file of the II Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
