Judgment 1. Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that he had given change of vakalat to the petitioner. 2. From the records available, it is found that no fresh vakalat has been filed by any other counsel. In such circumstances, this writ is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
