Judgment Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned. 2. This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the petitioner the salary for the period from 02.02.2003 to 04.02.2003, as it has been arbitrarily and illegally denied, in violation of the certified Standing Orders of the respondent Corporation. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that with regard to the absence of three days by the petitioner, two days had been treated as casual leave and one day had been treated as weekly off and the salary for all the three days had been paid and hence, no further orders are necessary. 4. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
