ORDER : I.A. No. 2391: 1. Let a copy of the Report No. 70 dated 5th May, 2009 of the Monitoring Committee so far as relevant to the application be handed over to learned counsel for the applicant and MCD. 2. List in July, 2009. I.A. Nos. 2410-2411: 3. Let a copy of the application be forwarded to the Monitoring Committee and MCD. 4. Response of the Monitoring committee and MCD be filed within two months. 5. List in July, 2009. 6. Until further orders sealing shall not be done. I.A. No. 2226: 7. As an interim measure, if the applicant files an application before the NDMC for permission to use the ground floor for any commercial purpose other than that of the chemist shop with an undertaking that if ultimately the adjudication is adverse no equity will be claimed. NDMC may consider the prayer in proper perspective. 8. This order shall operate only in respect of ground floor and prayer, if any, is made by the applicant shall be without prejudice to stand taken in the proceeding. I.A. No. 2402-2403: 9.
