Judgment P.P.S. JANARTHANA RAJA, J. 1. This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 1st respondent in No.6920/A2/2001 dated 26.02.2003. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the election was held in the General Body meeting and also officer bearers were duly elected. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3. Under such circumstance, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
