JUDGEMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Advocate General for the respondents. 2. The petitioner has prayed that in public interest an inquiry should be held under the order of this court against several allegations of bungling, irregularities etc., by respondent no. 7, who is Chairman of Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna. 3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, we are of the view that grievance of the petitioner, which is in the nature of allegation against a particular individual, should not be matter of public interest litigation. Hence, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner that, if so advised, he may approach the Additional Director General, Vigilance, Bihar, Patna with details of all the allegations and supporting documents, if any. If such a representation is filed then the Additional Director General, Vigilance, Bihar, Patna shall apply his own mind to the materials and take appropriate action in accordance with law. It is expected that the representation shall be considered without any delay preferably within six months from the date of its filing.
