Judgment 1. Mr. S. Aravindan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, had submitted that the petitioner Industry is paying all the dues liable to be paid to the Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited, without any default, in accordance with the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the respondents. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. 2. Mr. S. Mani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the statements made by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
