JUDGEMENT 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. In the case some relation developed between the complainants daughter and this petitioner. Forcing the complainant to marry his daughter with him petitioners father was approached and it is said that he demanded money; rather petitioner was given some amount also. There is allegation about having some illicit intercourse by this petitioner. In my view, reaction of the society as made by the complainant appears not reasonable, when the society allows young male and female to reside, accompany and act together and expecting having no reaction even in developing the alleged relation, which is rule of the nature. If that constitute any offence, then also no liability can be fixed upon the petitioner. 3. In the discussed facts and circumstances, this petition for anticipatory bail is allowed. In case of arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in Complaint Case No. 592/2007, the abovenamed petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mahabir Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
