Order I.A. No. 3575 of 2009 Learned counsel for the petitioner, submits at the outset that the original petitioner, namely, Rajeshwar Prasad Verma had died on 19th of November, 2009 and the names of his surviving wife and two sons, need to be substituted in place of the deceased petitioner. 2. The prayer in this for text, has been made on behalf of the petitioner, vide I.A. No. 3575 of 2009. 3. Learned counsel the respondents has no objection. 4. In the light of the submission, the prayer for substitution is allowed. Let the name of the original petitioner, Rajeshwar Prasad Verma, be deleted from the cause title and in his place, names of his surviving legal representatives mentioned in para- 1 of the Interlocutory Application be substituted. 5. I.A. No. 3575 of 2009 stands disposed of. 6. Counsel for the Respondent-University submits that as earlier informed, the requisition seeking allotrnent of funds to enable payment of dues to be paid to the petitioner, was forwarded to the State Government, way back in the month of June, 2009, but till date, the State Government has not allotted any funds. 7. Counsel for the Respondent-State prays for time to enable him to obtain instruction in this regard. 8. If the requisition, as stated by the Respondent-University, has already been received at the office of the concerned authorities of the Respondent-State Government, then the Secretary of the concerned department is directed to ensure that the requisite funds are released and given to the Respondent-University so as to enable payment of dues to the petitioner. This exercise must be concluded till the next date. 9. Let this case be posted in the 7th week from today under the same heading. 10. Let a copy of this order be given to the counsel for the respondents.
