JUDGMENT 1. - Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though writ petition contains many issues, but presently he wants to press the prayer to the effect that Revenue Board may be directed to decide the appeal pending before it within the time frame. It is stated that initially matter was taken up before the Revenue Courts in the year 1985 and by now 24 years of time has already been passed. It is stated that in the appeal preferred by the respondents, Revenue Board passed an interim order on 18.5.2009. It is also stated that petitioner would be satisfied with, if direction is given to the Revenue Board to decide the matter within the time frame. 2. Looking to the aforesaid statement, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that looking to the fact that the matter was initiated by the parties in the year 1985 and by now 24 years time has already been passed, thus Revenue Board may hear and decide the appeal expeditiously keeping in mind judgment of this Court delivered in the case of Moti v. Board of Revenue, Ajmer & Ors., reported in 2004(2) DNJ (Raj.) 604 after proving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.Petition disposed of. *******
