Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner, and if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, taking into consideration the proposal made by the second respondent by his letter, dated 26. 2000, made in N.C.3/27285/98, within a specified period. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today, and on such representation being submitted, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, taking into consideration the proposal made by the second respondent by his letter, dated 26. 2000, made in N.C.3/27285/98, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the letter, dated 26. 2000, to the first respondent, along with a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
