Judgment :- 1. Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had been employed taking into consideration the State-wise seniority of registration in the Employment Exchange. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
