Judgment :- 1. Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was aged about 55 years at the time of the filing of the writ petition. Since the petitioner would have already attained the age of superannuation, the prayer in the writ petition does not survive. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
