Judgment :- 1. This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to grant approval for the list of staff members submitted by the petitioner on 21.09.2007 for the additional intake for the academic year 2007-2008. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 had submitted that the staff approval had already been granted for the academic year 2008-2009, by the proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 19.06.2008. Therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the statements made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
