JUDGMENT S.K. JAIN, J.-Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the F.I.R. 2. It has been contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant is on bail in four cases shown in the gang chart. He has been falsely implicated in those cases. He has no criminal history. There is no likelihood of his committing any crime, if he is released on bail. The applicant is in jail since 3.6.2008. 3. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, it is a fit case for bail. 4. Let applicant Anuj involved in case crime No. 171 of 2007, under section 2/3 U.P. Gongsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 pertaining to Police Station Niwari, District Ghaziabad be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two heavy sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. Identity, status and residence proof of the sureties be verified by the authorities concerned before they are accepted. Application Allowed.
