Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 18. 2008, is directed to be disposed of by the 4th respondent, within a specified period. 3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.08.2008, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 13.08.2008, to the 4h respondent, along with a copy of this order. 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
