Judgment :- 1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition as the same has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
