Judgment :- 1. This writ petition has been filed, praying for a writ of Declaration, declaring Clause 4 (vii) of the prospectus issued for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing for the academic year 2006-2007 by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and ultravires to Article 14 and 15 of the Constitution of India and inconsistent with the provisions of the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947. 2. Since the academic year 2006-2007 is already over, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
