In the record of proceedings dated 11.09.2009, the para beginning with "In place of ......" and ending with "as Member of the C.E.C." the following para may be read:- "In place of Sri P.R.Mohenty, who was holding the office of Director General of Forests and Special Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) and whose term has expired Dr.P.J.Dilip Kumar is appointed as Member of the C.E.C."
