Judgment :- 1. This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus to issue a direction to the first respondent to issue the provisional certificate of the petitioner relating to the M.B.B.S course undergone by the petitioner in the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University, Chennai. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents had submitted that the provisional certificate would be issued to the petitioner, within one week from today, provided the petitioner had complied with the necessary requirements, in accordance with the rules applicable to the issuing of the provisional certificate. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that all the necessary conditions have already been complied with. 3. In view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
