B. K. NARAYANA, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party No. 1. Notice need not be issued to the opposite parties No. 2 to 4 in view of the order, which is proposed to be passed. The only prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is that the opposite party No. 1 may be directed to decide petitioners objection (Annexure No. 7 to the writ petition) filed in Revision No. 2777 L. R. 2007-08, Sudhanshu and others Vs. Rakesh Singh, regarding the maintainability of the aforesaid revision, within a definite period of time. The prayer appears to be innocuous. In view of the above, the writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the opposite party No. 1 to decide the petitioners objection regarding the maintainability of the Revision No. 2777 L. R. 2007-08, pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. .
