Judgment Mahesh Grover, J. 1. This is a petition under Section 24 CPC praying for transfer of suit titled as `Vikas Dhillon and another through their Grand father Mewa Singh versus Savitri and another which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) Jind to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Panchkula. 2. It is being contended before this Court that another litigation which is preferred by the respondent himself is pending at Panchkula. Therefore, it would be just and appropriate if the proceedings in the aforesaid suit are also transferred to Panchkula. The dispute in the suit in question, is between daughter in law and her father-in-law. 3. Having regard to the fact that respondent himself has initiated some proceedings against the applicant at Panchkula, it would be just and appropriate if both the litigations are taken up at Panchkula for the sake of convenience of the parties. Accordingly, the aforesaid suit is transferred from the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) Jind to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Panchkula. 4. On the receipt of this file, the Court of competent jurisdiction which is seized of the matter shall issue notice to the parties for appearance. Petition stands allowed.
