Judgment :- 1. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had died in the year 2004 and hence, the petition may be dismissed as abated. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
