JUDGMENT : 1. As far as the contempt proceedings initiated on 20th August, 2009, are concerned, let it be recorded that out of the three alleged contemnors, who were required to be present in Court in person today, one of them, Leila David, has chosen not to appear. 2. These contempt proceedings stand adjourned to 23rd February, 2010.
