Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had placed before this Court the communication from the State Public Information Officer, dated 12.06.2009, which is as follows: "With reference to your letters under Right to Information Act, 2005, I am herewith furnishing the following information received from the Controller of Examinations of the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University as follows: It is informed that the steps are being taken to issue Degree Certificate titled "Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (Hons.)" and the same will issued to the candidates in a course of time. In such circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that no further orders are necessary. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that the degree certificate, as prayed for by the petitioner, would be issued by the respondent University, within a period of four weeks from today, on condition that the petitioner surrenders the certificate issued to him, earlier. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the degree certificate already issued to the petitioner, dated 12. 2009, would be surrendered to the first respondent, on or before 7. 2009. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No. is closed.
