Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had brought to the notice of this Court, that a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.1276, Home (PRISON.II) Department, dated 211. 2003, had been passed granting increments to the petitioner, as prayed for, from 7. 2000. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not refuted the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, recording the submissions, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
