Judgment : At the hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner made the following endorsement. "may be permitted to withdraw." 2. In view of the above, this criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, it has been brought to my knowledge that because of the stay order passed by this Court, the trial is not progressing. Since the case has been withdrawn by the revision petitioner, the Fast Track Court, Dharmapuri, is directed to dispose of the matter within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on day-to-day basis.
