JUDGMENT S.S. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Counter-affidavit filed today on behalf of the complainant is taken on record. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA as well as Shri S.P. Singh, learned Counsel for the complainant. 3. The submission of learned Counsel for the petitioners is that the parties have entered into compromise but on account of the fact that the offence is non-compoundable they are not able to file compromise before the Court below. 4. The learned Counsel for the complainant does not deny the fact of compromise being entered into between the parties. 5. The learned Counsel for the petitioners therefore makes a request that the petitioners may be permitted to appear before the Court through Counsel upto the stage of framing of charge and thereafter the Court may take into consideration the compromise entered into between the parties and accordingly permit the compromise to be entered as contemplated under law. 6. In this view of the matter, the petitioners are at liberty to plead the factum of compromise before the Trial Court at the time of framing of charge and upto the stage of framing of charge the petitioners are permitted to appear through Counsel. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of. Petition Disposed Of
