ORDER : 1. Mr. Colin Gonsalves, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has given a comprehensive written submissions and details of the directions which is sought from this Court. Ms. Nandita Rao, learned counsel for the intervenor, has also sought directions on behalf of the Childline Organisation. 2. Mr. Colin Gonsalves, has asked the Court to pass necessary directions regarding the children, who are engaged in circus for their rescue and rehabilitation. Mr. Gopal Subramanium, learned Solicitor General submits that he is in the process of preparing a comprehensive report in which the children, who are working in circus, are likely to be declared as in hazardous occupation. If that happens then no directions are necessary to be passed in this respect. Therefore, before giving any comprehensive direction in this matter, we would like Mr. Gopaln Subramanium, learned Solicitor General, to submit the report. The report be submitted on or before 1st of January, 2010, with an advance copy to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and other intervenor(s). 3. Place this petition for further hearing before this Bench on 5th January, 2010, at 2.00 p.m.
