A. MATEEN, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate. Ms. Nishi Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant has moved Criminal Misc. Application No. 44292 of 2009 for dismissing the bail application filed by applicant Nafees Ahmad Khan as not pressed. It is submitted by her that the trial has concluded, as such, the bail applicant is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed having become infructuous. .
