JUDGMENT 1. - By this petition for writ a claim is made by the petitioner in following terms:- "the instant writ petition may kindly be ordered to be allowed and a writ, order or direction in the appropriate nature may kindly be passed and the respondents may kindly be directed to pay the salary to the humble petitioner for the month of July and August 2007 and the respondents may further kindly be directed to grant increments for the year 2007 and 2008 with all consequential benefits to the humble petitioner." 2. This Court has already quashed the sanction granted for prosecution of the petitioner by accepting SB Civil Writ Petition No.3628/2007, Hanuman Singh Vishnoi v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. , today itself and, therefore, now no reason survives for not making payment of salary to the petitioner and also for not granting increments to him for the period he faced suspension. 3. As such, this petition for writ is also allowed. The respondents are directed to make payment of complete wages to the petitioner for the period he remained under suspension and also allow him all annual grade increments as per rules.Writ Petition Allowed. *******
