Judgment :- Learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the altered mark sheet, adding three additional marks in the chemistry paper (subject code 007) of the +2 examination, in the academic year 2008-2009 had already been issued to the petitioner. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently connected M.P. is also closed.
