JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties on the application under Article 226(3) of the Constitution of India. 2. Upon perusal of the stay order it is clear that a blanket stay order was granted but learned counsel appearing for the RPSC and State submit that whole selection has been stayed by this Court. Therefore, in the interest of justice the number of posts for the petitioners be kept vacant and they be permitted to proceed further in the matter for selection and appointment. 3. In this view of the matter, I modify the stay order dated 13.7.2009 and it is ordered that three posts of Sub Inspector (Police) for the petitioners be kept vacant till disposal of this writ petition. Respondents are directed to proceed in the matter for selection and appointment. 4. List the matter for final disposal in the Month of January 2010.Stay Order Modified. *******
