JUDGMENT S.U. KHAN, J.--First prayer in this writ petition is that parties may be directed to maintain status qua. No such final prayer can be made in a writ petition. Such prayer may be made only as an interim prayer in the writ petition. The other prayer is that respondent No.2 may be directed to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner on 21.1.2009. Respondent No. 2 is Settlement Officer, Consolidation, District Mathura. Second prayer is allowed. The Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Mathura is directed that in case petitioner has filed some application on 21.1.2009 and the same has not yet been decided then the same shall be decided very expeditiously. 2. Writ petition is accordingly allowed. Petition Allowed.
