Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that a government order, in G.O.Ms.No.267, dated 15. 2009, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, has been issued, granting promotion to the petitioner as an Assistant Director of Rural Development. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
