JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved against the Order dated 04.12.2009 and submits that since the petitioner is working on the post at Sub-canter Nahali (Gadi) and yet one another person-respondent No. 3 has been transferred to this post from Sub-canter Nagawada (Bagidora). This transfer has been made on request. 3. Since the petitioner has not been asked to leave the post and has not been transferred and her working is not disturbed, therefore, the petitioner has no grievance. 4. How two persons will work at one place, is none of the job of the petitioner to look into because if two persons are appointed looking to the volume of the work, that can be done. 5. In view of the above, I do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition. Consequently, this writ petition, having no merits, is hereby dismissed. 6. If the petitioner is transferred, then she will be free to submit representation or may be free to challenge the transfer Order before the appellate authority.Writ Petition Dismissed. *******
