Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had been promoted as a Deputy Collector, on 06.02.2004 and he had retired from service, on 22. 2004, on attaining the age of super annuation. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has not refuted the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
