Judgment :- The revision petitioner/Judgment Debtor/defendant has filed this present civil revision petition as against the order dated 112. 2007 in E.A.No.333 of 2007 in E.P.No.1 of 2006 in O.S.No.1557 of 2004 passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Erode. 2. The trial Court, while passing orders in E.A.No.333 of 2007 has inter alia observed that the order passed in the execution petition based on the endorsement being made and that the balance to be paid amount of Rs.87,000/-and since the execution petition has been filed in the year 2006 and if the monthly sum of Rs.1200/- is paid, then it will take seven years to realise the amount due and therefore it will not be of any help to the decree holder and as such the reasons assigned in the application are not acceptable and dismissed the application without costs. 3. It transpires from the records that in view of the full satisfaction memo recorded in E.P.No.1 of 2006 in O.S.No.1557 of 2004 on the file of Second Additional District Munsif, Erode, execution proceedings have been terminated on 20.8.2008. Hence nothing survives in this revision petition and accordingly the same is dismissed as infructuous without costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2008 is also dismissed.
