Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has submitted that a proposal has been sent by the Commissioner of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Chennai, to the State Government, for regularizing the services of the first petitioner, Mr. S. Muniellappa. The proposal is under consideration by the State Government. The name has been shown in serial no.118 in the general list of candidates, for being proposed for regularization to the Government. Further, the learned counsel has submitted that the name of the second petitioner, namely, Mr. M. Venkatesan, would be considered for regularization, on his completion of 10 years of service. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has not refuted the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
