Judgment : Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. By consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing and disposal. 3. This petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to give electricity connection, pursuant to the petitioners application for new electricity connection, dated 28. 2008, and the payment made in Receipt Nos.6265194 and 6265195, dated 012. 2008. 4. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed before this Court, a communication from the third respondent, dated 25.03.2009, rejecting the request of the petitioner. 5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 25.03.2009, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected M.P. is closed.
