Judgment :- This petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant recognition for the B.Ed., course of Muna College of Education run by Dr.Rahmans trust, as sought for, vide application, dated 27.08.2008. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the application, dated 27.08.2008, submitted by the petitioner, for the grant of recognition, has been rejected by the second respondent, on 15.07.2009. Since an appeal lies against the said order, the learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner had preferred an appeal, challenging the said order, as provided under law. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected M.P. is also closed.
