Judgment : Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. By consent of the parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final hearing and disposal. 3. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the Writ Petition and if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, taking into consideration the inspection report of the second respondent, dated 15.06.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated period. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to reliefs sought for in the writ petition, within a period of seven days from today and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, a copy of the inspection report of the second respondent, dated 15.06.2009, as well as the copy of the order passed by N.C.T.E., dated 14.07.2009, to the first respondent, along with this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected M.P. is also closed.
