Judgment : Prayer: Petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to join the Teacher Training Course pursuant to the proceedings No.854059 RC No.6605/C2/dt. 07.07.2009 issued by the first respondent. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had brought to the notice of this Court, a telegram that had been issued by the first respondent to the second respondent, to admit the petitioner in the second respondent institute. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not refuted the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected M.P. is also closed.
